How do I reserve my date?
Send us your event details first. We’ll confirm availability and discuss your party. A 25% non-refundable booking retainer reserves your date; the remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. A date request alone does not secure a booking.
What kind of space do we need?
Provide a safe, reasonably level, accessible setup area with room for unloading and loading. Outdoor spaces must be free of pet waste, standing water, fire ants, and other hazards. We’ll discuss your space before booking.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
Rain, lightning, high winds, saturated ground, or other unsafe conditions may prevent outdoor setup. We’ll work with you to reschedule to an available date. Your booking retainer remains attached to the rescheduled event.
Who supervises the children?
A responsible adult must actively supervise children throughout play. We provide the play setup, not childcare. No throwing sand, rough play, food or drinks in the play area, or removing equipment from the setup. Waiver details will be provided during booking.
What if I need to cancel or change dates?
Booking retainers are non-refundable. Please request cancellations or date changes as early as possible; changes are subject to availability. The booking customer is responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by misuse beyond normal play.
